Super Bowl Super Bean Salad

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can (10oz) rotel
1 can (15oz) black beans
1 Tbsp. Cholula
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. olive oil
3 mini bell peppers
1 plum tomato, chopped
sprinkling of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and chill. Enjoy! I'm going to eat mine with some baked tortilla chips I make from a small tortilla

makes six 1/2 c. servings at 70 calories per serving
